Midwest Music Masters, Inc is a corporation organized to preserve and promote
the history and development of Midwestern contemporary music, recognize and
commemorate the musicians, songwriters and others who have significantly
contributed to Midwestern music and to develop programs that will provide
education and support to aspiring and worthy Midwestern musicians, and is
organized exclusively for charitable, educational, scientific and literary
purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to
organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of
the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (or corresponding provision of any future
United States Internal Revenue Law). This Nonprofit corporation is a public
benefit corporation.
